The Sacred Valley is the area between the town of Pisac and the Wonderful Citadel of Machu Picchu. On the way, we can find other significant towns like Coya, Calca, Urubamba and Ollantaytambo, the Corn City.

It has a moderate climate: In rainy season, November through March, temperatures range between 10 and 22 degrees C (51 to 72 F). In dry season, April through October, temperatures range between 5 and 20C (41 and 68 F). Its name comes as a result of the exceptional conditions it provides.
